Things to do when you are in a stress.

Recently im having a stressful time , im having exams and cant study and absorb information so  learning thing  was like becoming impossible,  because of that i tried some googling and did some reading. I kinda tracked my activities and did a self observation of those activities  by doing these i came to found some tips for you -so here are the best tips to get rid of stress 

1. Listen to the music , I think this is the most effective and most practical way to fight stress on modern and busy life. It can do whole lot of things for you. You can read whole bunch of article on how music affects your brain over here http://bit.ly/Lscszp

2. Take a deep breathe, It the classical way but effective way to get rid of stress - its what saints used to do to get inner peace and during mediation , but simply you can take a deep breathe when ever and wherever you are and  you'll get the  results.

3. Track your activities  Its always good to do so , make a list of things thats bothering you , making you unhappy , making you feel bad On the left side of the paper and on the right side make a list what can you do to make things right . Grab a another sheet of paper then write the date and write the amount or percentage by which you are happy today for eg : may 1st : 100%. Keep track of as much things as you can , doing these things might sound really stupid but keeping track might help you to overcome those bad feelings and definitely lead to to a better way.

3. Take a rest or Give time for your sleeping activity , I  got this tip from readers digest magazine , It said that according to research,  people who stayed late night are likely to suffer from stress and tensions, It turned to be true for me , so give rest for your brain sacrifice a little hour and you'll stay happy and productive forever.

4. Drink much of water , It basically helps in purifying blood and helping in metabolism activities and gives rest to your brain , water has major part in playing with stress so drink plenty of it , its always beneficial to drink water in any other ways.

5. Do some exercise , It might help you to stretch muscles and make a good flow of blood circulation, its always necessary to make a proper flow of blood circulation to carry oxygen and nutrients to the brain.

6. Go out for a walk It helps for you to linger your mind around In this time think for something better in your life, concentrate in your aims and dreams wrong things will fade its only the matter of time wait for good things to happen.

7. Calm.com  This is a new website  still under development which i just found out yesterday  though  this website opens up very slow because of a lot of multimedias and stuffs associated with it but if you really are in a  stress and ready to beat it then this website is definitely worth a try.

8. Be altruistic : You should try giving money to the poor , because according to wikipedia " both pure monetary and charitable donations activate the mesolimbic reward pathway, a primitive part of the brain that usually light up in response to food and sex." simply in my word it means that giving charities or donations makes you feel better and better. I  found this post by googling but havent tried hope this might help you

9. Smile laugh a lot and do stupid things that makes you happy.

10. Have your food in a regular time - basically the food habits , the food you intake and the amount of nutrition also has a major impact on human brains

11. Be opmistic , Basicaly its how u think the world u want to be, so always hope for good things expect for better and go accordingly not because you got no choice but to create choices on your own and lead  towards betterment , I got this tip from movie secret and this tip works for real !!

12. Meditate

  1. haha gandhii tyo deep breath ani listening to music ani laughing for no reason n drinking a lot of water like 6 litres a day is wat i do regularly even if i have no stress!!so give me some other ways to get rid of stress if i happen to have one haha XD nway good luck on ur studies :D
