How to know the right time to wake up ?

You might know when to go for bed but might not know when to wake up.
Some people  feel that they get enough rest by sleeping for 6 hours whereas some might feel tired by sleeping long enough  for 10 hrs , it basically happens due to sleep cycle .

Its a cycle that happens  for 90 minutes ( 65 mins normal , 20 mins non- rapid eye movement and 5 mins rapid eye movement ). Sleep cycle impacts mentality of waking up. waking  at end or beginning of sleep cycle you feel like rested , cool  and morning full of energy while waking up at peak hour makes  you feel like unrested, tired and not completed sleep.

By now you might have understood  long sleep doesn't matters anymore rather the sleep cycle. so how to get perfect timing for waking up ??
