Your calorie health & Tips for weight loss

I dont know when i started to write posts on health but i though it would be beneficial for many of us. In this post you are out of geek world (sometimes its better) so why not try some weight loss today?

Of course you love food? Don't ya? and if you think its time to loose some weight you might want to go through the rest of my article. Now lets get straight ahead

Tip 1: substitute your daily tea or coffee with green tea , it will immensely help you to reduce your weight with many health benefits including reducing stress levels.

Tip 2: Have substitute for each food that having low in calorie for eg: cappuccino contains 100 calorie whereas a cup of coffee contains only 10 calorie so simply having coffee will reduce your daily calorie by 90.

Tip 3: have a long lasting food that keeps your stomach full for long period of time for e.g.: egg is said to fulfill you daily calorie needs for a long period of time , having an egg in breakfast will keep you energetic and keep you full up to 1p.m or more.

Tip 4: Have fruits like apple,banana and try nuts whenever your mouth is free , they help improving your health immensely help improving your stomach health.

Tip 5: Consider doubling your breakfast - a heavy breakfast, two snacks a day, a lunch (400 calories) and a light dinner(500 calories).

Tip 6: Have food that are high in fiber

Tip 7: consider having vegetable in your lunch or dinner like : broccoli , cauliflower, spinach , bok choy etc.

Tip 8: If you are really serious on dieting then you better make a food/calorie dairy to keep track of your food activities, The tips i mentioned is not enough go through all the available resources you could  have , consult a doctor, go through research on the internet.
