step 1: Goto to a particular website then play the video file
step 2: Press command+alt+a
step 3: Now a window appears you can see the list of web address in use and in the left side you can see the data usage.
step 4: Search for website using the highest size of data (the file is in mb)
step 5: Double click that site it will automatically start downloading.
